Sweepstakes is offered only to residents of the fifty United States (and the District of Columbia) who are licensed real estate agents or brokers and are at least 18 years old. Sweepstakes void outside the United States and in any state where prohibited by law. Employees of Market Leader, Inc., ("Sponsor") and their immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, regardless of where they live) or members of the households of such employees (whether or not related) are not eligible. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

1. Eligibility & Entry: Limit one entry per person. No purchase required. Purchases won't increase your chance of winning. To enter, complete an online Official Entry Form, available at www.win.marketleader.com ("Web Site") during the Sweepstakes promotional period or by submitting a business card at the Market Leader booth at various real estate conventions and conferences, including the National Association of Realtors Convention November 13-16, 2009. Entries become the property of Market Leader. Entrants will receive email announcements and special offers from us, but will always have the opportunity to opt out of marketing emails.  Any other attempt at entry is void. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; any technical error, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information.

2. Promotional Period: Promotion begins on November 10, 2009 and ends at midnight on April 30, 2010.

3. Drawing: There will be one winner for the sweepstakes. Winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Sponsor from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place on May 20, 2010. The winner will be notified by email within approximately 14 days after the drawing. If prize cannot be accepted as stated prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If the selected entrant cannot be reached after 7 days of notification, or if the selected entrant does not comply with the sweepstakes Rules and Regulations, that entrant forfeits any right to the Prize and another entrant will be selected.

4. Prize/Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Grand Prize: One (1) winner will win a 10-day (9-night) Caribbean Cruise for 4 (double occupancy) , round trip airfare for four from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Miami, FL, hotel accommodations for one night (double occupancy) before the cruise departure, 10-days’ and 9-nights’ double occupancy accommodations in an oceanview cabin aboard Norwegian Cruise Lines’ ship, Norwegian Dawn. Winner must complete trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. Trips must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure. Trips are subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight.  Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Winner is responsible for providing required travel documents.  Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Actual values may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winners will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. Approximate retail value of Trip prize is $6,000. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternate prize if advertised prize is unavailable at time of award. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the prize winner. All ticketing is final. Winner may also choose $2,500 (US funds) in cash in lieu of the 10-day Caribbean Cruise prize.

5. General Conditions:  By accepting prize, where permitted by law, winner grants to Sponsor and those acting pursuant to Sponsor's authority (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) the right to use and publish his/her name, portrait, picture, voice and likeness for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration, worldwide and on the Internet, without notification, review or approval. Entrants, by participating, release and agree to hold harmless Sponsor from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, participation in any sweepstakes-related activity, or participation in this sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules.
